What is Essence? We use words and phrases such as Soul, True Nature, Source, and Inherent Wisdom to come closer to an understanding of this concept. And yet, none of these quite capture the powerfully-dimensional and deliciously intangible qualities that make each of us who we are.

How do we address our longing to have some grasp of and ability to pronounce our unvarnished, divine self, as we quest for a life more fully infused by Essence?

During this immersion, we will dive deep into both the wordless expression and loosely-held articulation of our essence. Forging a dialogue with those aspects of ourselves that allow us to be authentically seated in the world.

Moving through landscapes of movement and sound, we will invite the wisdom of the body to lead our dialogue with Essence. Listening for the primal call that resides within our physical form, asking to be seen and heard without censorship or justification. As this wordless exchange is nurtured and broadened, we give permission to often unheard and unseen dimensions of ourselves to come forward.

Participants will also be invited to move through the immersion with an open-ended inquiry: What is my essence? We will periodically pause in our movement to sit with one another in this question, allowing for the flow of unedited words and phrases, without needing to find The Answer. Invoking the mind as an ally in the understanding and expression of our essence.

Registration
A $40 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of registration in order to hold your space. Full payment must be received 10 days prior to the start of the weekend event for which you have registered if the immersion weekend is full. Otherwise, final payment will be accepted on the opening evening of the weekend event.
