Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel any private session or space consultation appointment so that your session can be offered to another client in a timely fashion.
Should you cancel within less than 24 hours or miss your appointment altogether, the full session fee will be expected; that fee will be waived in the event of an emergency or illness.
Payments
Payments for private sessions, classes, and space consultations are expected at the time of your session. Payment for pre-designed packages must be made in full no later than the first scheduled session for the package. Payment policies for special events are listed on the Upcoming Events page.
Credit cards are accepted for pre-designed packages, space consultations, and special events. You may make a purchase from the list below. Please note that you must contact Kimberly prior to paying on-line for private sessions, space consultations or pre-designed packages to ensure that your preferred dates for scheduling can be met. For all other payments, cash or personal checks are accepted. Checks should be made out to Kimberly Jonas.
No refunds will be given for private sessions or space consultations. Upcoming events each have their own refund policies. Visit the Upcoming Events page for details.
