Cultivating Presence

Over the course of this weekend event, participants will be invited to consciously shed layers of distraction and interference in the body and mind that shroud their relationship to Presence. Using movement, stillness and guided visualization through the body’s subtle energy pathways, we will come to better understand how our human form acts as a finely-tuned barometer of where we stand in relationship to Presence.
